REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at support@novamomma.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
 
EXCHANGES
  
We can replace your items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to support@novamomma.com including proof of damage with videos clearly showing the issues.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary from 7 to 15 business days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be applicable for a return.
 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
 
This depends on the status of your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped won't be able to refund your order until you return the parcel in perfect conditions to our warehouse.

*Please note once an order status has been changed to ‘Shipped’ then we are unable to amend the order, thus you will have to complete the return process before getting any refund.

If you are shipping an item over 10 USD, you should consider using a Trackable Shipping Service or Purchasing Shipping insurance as it is the only way we can guarantee we will receive your returned item.

This way you can make sure the product reaches its destination and we can make sure we have the item back in our warehouse in order to speed up the refund process.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
 
LATE/MISSING REFUNDS
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, usually 5-7 business days after a refund has been approved.
